Trade account first
You need an approved Builder or Retailer account. Register from the login page. - 2
Credit application
From your account, request a credit limit. We run a soft check via Experian — no impact on your credit score. - 3
Get your limit
Approvals typically land within 1 business day. Your credit balance is visible in real time in your account. - 4
Pay on 30-day terms
Every order under your available balance can be paid on credit at checkout. Statements are emailed monthly.
Late payments
We know cash flow on sites can be tight. Missed payments do NOT immediately affect your credit rating — we'll call first. Persistent non-payment (>60 days) may result in the account being switched to pro-forma.
