Place your order
Choose your delivery slot at checkout. We accept card, credit account and pay-on-delivery. - 2
Order confirmation
You get an email receipt with an order ID. Trade customers also receive a WhatsApp confirmation. - 3
Live tracking
As soon as our carrier scans your order you get a live tracking link and a 1-hour delivery window. - 4
Delivered & signed for
A signature is captured on delivery, plus a photo of where your parcel was left.
Non-mainland UK & remote postcodes
We deliver to the entire UK. Highland (IV, KW, PH, AB), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands and Isle of Man attract a £9.95 surcharge and can take an extra 1–2 working days. Enter your postcode at checkout for the exact ETA.
