1. About us
drtoolsuk.com is operated by Dr Tools Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09876543) with its registered office at 1 Trade Way, Manchester M1 1AA. VAT No. GB 123 4567 89.
2. Placing an order
Every order placed on the website is an offer to buy at the displayed ex-VAT price plus applicable UK VAT. Contracts form only when we email your order confirmation.
3. Pricing
Trade discounts, bulk breaks and per-customer contract prices apply automatically once you are signed in. Prices shown to guest visitors are standard end-user retail prices.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (couriers, extreme weather, force majeure). See our Delivery info page for standard terms.
5. Returns & refunds
30-day statutory return window on unused, resaleable items. See our Returns page for the full policy.
6. Warranty
All power tools carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Consumables (screws, adhesives, PPE) are sold as-is and not covered by warranty beyond fitness-for-purpose statutory rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
