How to return an item

Start online
Go to My Orders → click the order number → hit "Return items". You'll receive a pre-paid returns label by email in minutes. - 2
Pack it up
Original packaging where possible. Include the returns slip so we can match it to your order. - 3
Drop off or collect
Drop at any Post Office branch or book a doorstep collection (£3.95 for trade, free for retail). - 4
Refund in 3–5 days
We refund to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.
Good to know
30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return for any reason.
Unused items
Items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
Faulty on arrival?
Photograph the damage and message us within 48 hours — we replace or refund immediately.
Bespoke orders
Made-to-measure and specially-ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty.
